Refund Policy

At The Manuals Hub, we sell digital products that are delivered instantly after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are generally final. However, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction and may offer refunds under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened

• The download link does not work

• The product delivered is significantly different from its description

Not Eligible for Refund:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Lack of technical knowledge to use the file

• Failure to read product description

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.
